Bell House - John Lautner
Los Angeles, California
A hilltop residence constructed in 1941, the Bell House was John Lautner's second residential design after his tenure with mentor Frank Lloyd Wright.
As rehabilitation architect for the Bell House, JAG restored the fenestration, living room, and master bath, all of which required close attention to historic detail. Work currently in progress includes additions designed by Lautner, in collaboration with John Ash, prior to Lautner's death.
